We will work together to identify and address any emotional or physical struggles you may be facing, choosing the path that's right for you. Whether you prefer in-person or Telehealth services, I am here to support you.

My expertise includes working with children aged eight and above, as well as adults who struggle with a range of issues, from difficulty focusing and anger issues to anxiety, past trauma, unexplained medical conditions, interpersonal/relationship issues, and work/school stress. I am committed to ongoing personal and professional development, regularly attending training to expand my skills and expertise.

I accept insurance from a number of providers, including Anthem, Tricare and Aetna. Clients can also pay out of pocket.  I offer a sliding scale fee for those who may need it, and my standard rate is $120.00 per session.
